1. Controller

LIAN STEP GmbH, Dillenburger Straße 25, 60439 Frankfurt am Main, Germany. Email: info@lianstep.com. Phone: +49 155 63570241.

2. Shop and server access

When the site is opened, technical access data such as IP address, time, requested page, browser information and status code may be processed in server logs to deliver the site securely and reliably. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in secure operation (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

3. Orders and customer accounts

We process contact, delivery, order and account data to fulfil contracts, provide order tracking and manage customer requests (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). Required data is identified in the relevant form.

4. Contact form and newsletter

Messages are stored so we can answer your request. Newsletter subscriptions are processed on the basis of consent and can be withdrawn at any time. Transactional messages about an order are independent of marketing consent.

5. Recipients and infrastructure

Data is shared only where necessary, for example with hosting and infrastructure providers, delivery companies and a selected payment provider when online payment is enabled. Storefront hosting and the application server may be operated by separate service providers under data-protection agreements.

6. Cookies and local storage

The shop uses technically necessary storage for language selection, authentication, cart and security functions. These functions are required to provide the service. We do not currently use optional advertising or analytics cookies on the storefront.

7. Retention

We keep personal data only as long as required for the relevant purpose and applicable statutory retention periods. German commercial and tax records can require retention for several years. Contact and newsletter data is deleted when no longer needed, subject to legal obligations.

8. Your rights

  • Access (Art. 15 GDPR)
  • Rectification (Art. 16 GDPR)
  • Erasure (Art. 17 GDPR)
  • Restriction (Art. 18 GDPR)
  • Data portability (Art. 20 GDPR)
  • Objection to processing based on legitimate interests (Art. 21 GDPR)
  • Withdrawal of consent for the future

9. Complaints and contact

You may complain to a competent data-protection supervisory authority. You can also contact info@lianstep.com with any privacy request.
