Shipping information
We prepare and send orders from Germany. The final delivery options and total cost are shown before you place your order.
Estimated delivery times
These estimates include normal preparation and carrier transit. Personalised, made-to-order and larger orders can take longer. Carrier delays, public holidays and customs processing are outside our direct control.
- Germany: usually 5–7 business days
- European Union: usually 8–10 business days
- Outside the EU: usually 10–20 business days
Shipping costs
Standard shipping within Germany is €4.99. Orders of €59 or more qualify for free standard shipping in Germany. International costs depend on destination and parcel size and are displayed at checkout.
Tracking
Where tracking is available, we email the tracking number after dispatch. The first carrier scan can take up to 12 hours to appear.
Customs and import charges
For deliveries outside the EU, the recipient is responsible for local import duties, taxes and handling fees. These charges are not included in our product or shipping prices.
Address problems and returned parcels
Please check the delivery address before ordering. If a parcel is returned because the address was incomplete, incorrect or the shipment was not collected, the customer pays any new shipping charge. Contact info@lianstep.com promptly if you notice a mistake.
