Returns & refunds
You may withdraw from eligible purchases within 14 days. Please contact us before sending anything back so we can match the return to your order.
14-day withdrawal period
For eligible goods, the withdrawal period is 14 days from the day you or a person designated by you receives the goods. Send a clear withdrawal statement to info@lianstep.com before the period expires. You do not need to give a reason.

- Original tags attached
- Securely packed, preferably in the original packaging
Items excluded from withdrawal
Goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised — including products embroidered with a chosen name, text, portrait or individual design — cannot be returned under the statutory withdrawal right. This does not limit your rights if an item is faulty, damaged or made incorrectly.
Return shipping
The customer normally pays the direct return cost. When we provide a German return label, €4.99 is deducted from the refund. If we delivered a damaged, defective or incorrect item, we cover the necessary return cost.
Refunds
After the return is received and checked, approved refunds are made to the original payment method. We process them promptly; banks and payment providers may need additional time before the amount appears.
Exchanges and damaged items
We do not currently process direct exchanges. Return an eligible standard item and place a new order for the preferred version. For damage or a production error, contact us immediately with the order number and clear photographs so we can offer a repair, replacement or refund as appropriate.
