Terms & conditions

These terms apply to orders placed through the LIAN STEP online shop by consumers. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

Last updated: 22 July 2026

1. Contracting party

The seller is LIAN STEP GmbH, Dillenburger Straße 25, 60439 Frankfurt am Main, Germany, represented by Managing Director Linh Hoang. Email: info@lianstep.com. Phone: +49 155 63570241.

2. Ordering and conclusion of contract

Product presentation is an invitation to place an order. By using the final order button, you submit a binding offer for the items in the cart. A contract is concluded when we expressly accept the order or dispatch the goods. The electronic receipt confirmation alone does not necessarily constitute acceptance.

3. Prices and payment

Prices shown in the shop are in euros. In accordance with § 19 UStG, VAT is not charged or shown separately. Shipping and any additional costs are shown before the order is submitted. Only the payment methods offered at checkout are available.

4. Delivery

We deliver to the destinations offered at checkout. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed dates unless expressly agreed. If an item unexpectedly becomes unavailable, we will inform you and refund any payment for the unavailable item.

5. Personalised products

You are responsible for checking names, spelling, colours and other personalisation details before ordering. Minor differences in positioning and thread colour can occur as part of the production process and are not defects if the agreed overall appearance is maintained.

6. Withdrawal and returns

Consumers generally have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal for distance contracts. The statutory exception applies to goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalised. Details and the return process are explained on the Returns page.

7. Defects and liability

Statutory warranty rights apply. Please report transport damage or production errors promptly so we can investigate. Liability for intent, gross negligence, injury to life, body or health and liability under mandatory law remains unrestricted.

8. Retention of title

Goods remain our property until the purchase price has been paid in full.

9. Consumer dispute resolution

We are neither obliged nor willing to participate in dispute-resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board. The former EU Online Dispute Resolution platform was discontinued on 20 July 2025 and is therefore not linked here.
